Peleș Castle is a Neo-Renaissance castle in the Carpathian Mountains, near Sinaia, in Prahova County, Romania, on an existing medieval route linking Transylvania and Wallachia, built between 1873 and 1914. Its inauguration was held in 1883. It was constructed for King Carol I.
Nestled at the foot of the Bucegi Mountains in the picturesque town of Sinaia, Peles Castle is a masterpiece of German new-Renaissance architecture, considered by many one of the most stunning castles in Europe.
This place is located near the forest and it gives you a good feeling: fresh air, quite environment. It is a chance to watch the trout in the fresh cold water. The food is amazing. We will try the trout soup “bors de pastrav”. Also other ways to serve the trout are there to try: smoked, grilled and fried. All the dishes comes with polenta and garlic. You can serve also the best “tochitura” (it’s a traditional food with home made sausages, salty cheese , fried eggs and polenta ). Also, the best dessert called “papanasi”.
Our land is known as as a good destination for fishing and hunting. Botoșani County has an important part of land area covered with forest. This great Hunting domain is populated with a variety of animals as rabitts, dears, wolves, bears, wild pigs. Therefore we thought it is the perfect moment to celebrate with you in a hunting cabban our friendship.
A traditional food will be prepared, a barbecue and consequently local wine and tuica will be served. We are waiting you at the hunting house to taste a byte of our hospitality
